Tasks
- Analyze value drivers constraints and scenarios to identify margin improvement opportunities
- Coordinate production contingency and short term strategies and lead planning response to disruptions
- Develop dashboards reports and optimization tools to improve planning visibility and decision making
- Drive margin optimization for chemical value chains
- Lead Supply Review step of I and D IBP process
- Lead supply and demand balance optimization through S and OP monthly process
- Manage operating plans covering demand production supply optimization distribution and inventory
- Optimize production unit run rates
- Own and lead European operations planning process for product family
- Provide economic analysis for turnaround planning optimization initiatives and capital projects
