- Coordinate with IT development for resolution and retest
- Document test results and problem logs
- Follow up on test cases scripts
- Identify resolution and retest strategy
- Maintain UAT problem logs
- Plan and execute UAT
- Review user requirements
- Support timely project delivery
- Translate functional specifications into test cases
