- Conduct daily safety walks and maintain hazard free staging
- Ensure pickup curbside install gig and delivery orders completed on time
- Lead and coach fulfillment associates and team leads
- Monitor operational key performance indicators
- Operate and maintain powered equipment safely
- Oversee staffing and order flow
- Participate in picking staging and fulfilling
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Serve as Manager on Duty
