Tasks
- Build RAG powered GenAI solutions with retrieval prompting grounding and evaluation
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify opportunities for GenAI across business functions
- Communicate complex ML and GenAI concepts to technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to enterprise AI governance including documentation risk assessments access control and audit readiness
- Deliver interpretable production ready models embedded into analytics products
- Design build and scale ML models for forecasting and analytics
- Develop end to end ML pipelines with feature engineering validation deployment and monitoring
- Develop tool using and orchestrated agentic workflows for decision support
- Implement Responsible AI practices including safety bias mitigation privacy evaluation and telemetry
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship by reviewing code and approaches
- Translate use cases into measurable outcomes with stakeholders and validate performance
