Tasks
- Analyze data quality and knowledge base to improve AI results
- Apply ServiceNow development best practices and standardization
- Automate workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Conduct impact analysis for changes
- Configure GenAI prompts tables and fields
- Configure Now Assist for ITSM features
- Configure optimize Service Catalog items workflows variables
- Design develop configure maintain ServiceNow ITSM processes
- Develop ServiceNow components business rules client scripts script includes UI actions ACL data policies
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow workspaces including Service Operations Workspace
- Implement generative AI use cases incident summaries conversation summaries resolution notes and agent assistance
- Implement maintain SLAs OLAs notifications assignment routing
- Integrate external applications using REST API SOAP and integration spokes
- Manage DEV TEST PREPROD PROD environments and deployments
- Perform functional and technical testing of generated content
- Perform technical reviews regression testing and releases
- Produce technical documentation and standardization recommendations
- Provide N2 N3 technical support when needed
