Tasks

• Analyze data quality and knowledge base to improve AI results
• Apply ServiceNow development best practices and standardization
• Automate workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Conduct impact analysis for changes
• Configure GenAI prompts tables and fields
• Configure Now Assist for ITSM features
• Configure optimize Service Catalog items workflows variables
• Design develop configure maintain ServiceNow ITSM processes
• Develop ServiceNow components business rules client scripts script includes UI actions ACL data policies
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow workspaces including Service Operations Workspace
• Implement generative AI use cases incident summaries conversation summaries resolution notes and agent assistance
• Implement maintain SLAs OLAs notifications assignment routing
• Integrate external applications using REST API SOAP and integration spokes
• Manage DEV TEST PREPROD PROD environments and deployments
• Perform functional and technical testing of generated content
• Perform technical reviews regression testing and releases
• Produce technical documentation and standardization recommendations
• Provide N2 N3 technical support when needed
