- Develop Power BI datasets and executive dashboards
- Develop data transformations in PySpark and T SQL

- Lead business requirements workshops and translate needs into report designs
- Partner with global teams on analytics standards and documentation
- Provide training and mentorship
- Support self-service analytics adoption
- Write optimized DAX measures and apply performance tuning
