- Build and optimize data integrations and interfaces
- Build data models for marketing automation
- Create 360 degree customer view
- Define KPI reporting and ROI frameworks
- Develop automation logic with triggers and segments
- Enable segmentation personalization churn prediction and lifecycle models
- Ensure GDPR consent management and data governance compliance
- Implement data cleaning retention deletion and consent standards
- Implement tracking and tagging concepts
- Merge CRM behavioral and product usage data
- Monitor data flows and ensure data quality
