Senior Associate/Manager, Quantitative Analytics

Tasks
- Analyze market signals for basis congestion curtailment and intermittency opportunities
- Apply machine learning for forecast accuracy and strategy performance
- Define and document modeling standards and analytical workflows
- Design quantitative models for trading strategy and asset optimization
- Develop tools for risk management and pricing of offtake agreements
- Incorporate weather solar generation load and transmission data
- Mentor junior analysts and associates
- Own recurring analytical deliverables and ad hoc requests with minimal direction
- Perform short term BESS optimization with forecasting and day ahead optimization
- Review PPA commercial terms and propose risk mitigation
- Review peers models code and analytical outputs
- Support hiring and onboarding with technical screening
- Translate quantitative outputs for commercial development and finance stakeholders
