Senior Engineering Manager - Data Platform
Tasks
- Build search APIs with low latency
- Define engineering metrics on call practices and incident processes
- Deliver high availability with SLO discipline
- Design AI ready context store across structured unstructured vector and graph systems
- Implement multi tenant isolation and noisy neighbor resilience
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making
- Mentor engineers and managers and scale engineering teams
- Own core platform primitives for ingestion validation routing storage and serving
