Data Warehouse Support Specialist
Tasks
- Coordinate with development infrastructure and business teams for incident resolution
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Improve operational procedures and support processes
- Maintain documentation runbooks and support guides
- Monitor production data warehouse environment daily
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents
- Support EOD and EOM process execution
- Troubleshoot ETL jobs and data loads
