- Drive store NPS for packed orders
- Ensure fulfillment metrics meet company compliance standards
- Ensure onboarding training and orientation completion
- Execute fulfillment audit standards
- Maintain clean safe fulfillment environment
- Model packing behaviors and provide feedback
- Partner with store leaders to execute shared fulfillment functions
- Plan workload using forecasts and workload projection tools
- Redirect team when packing expectations not met
- Review and audit outgoing packages
- Schedule self and staff to meet workload hours
- Serve as subject matter expert for fulfillment applications and devices
- Supervise fulfillment tasks and staff allocation
- Support workload planning meetings and strategy development
- Train and lead pick and pack teams
