- Advise customers on architecture decisions and trade offs
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical teams
- Contribute reusable assets reference architectures and best practices
- Define data requirements and integration patterns
- Design AI use cases for customer experience
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures
- Design integrations between Genesys Cloud and enterprise systems
- Establish architecture standards for scalability resilience security and maintainability
- Guide consultants and implementation teams through technical challenges
- Incorporate responsible AI practices into solution designs
- Lead architecture workshops and technical design sessions
- Mentor consultants
- Present technical recommendations to stakeholders
- Provide governance throughout delivery
- Review and approve technical designs
- Serve as technical authority for customer engagements
- Support presales activities for complex technical opportunities
