Tasks

• Coordinate last mile delivery stage
• Coordinate parcelling and dispatching last mile shipments
• Identify documentation discrepancies
• Improve operational efficiency
• Manage filing and scanning of shipments
• Perform basic diamond quality control
• Prepare import and export documentation
• Process daily administrative tasks
• Process melee orders into shipments
• Report and resolve quality issues
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Serve as customer point of contact
• Update shipment status in systems
• Upload documents to cloud storage
