Tasks

• Build positive relationships with students
• Direct safe movement of student groups to and from recess area
• Encourage appropriate recess activities
• Enforce behavioral guidelines and consequences
• Ensure safe use of play equipment and report repairs
• Escort students to lunchroom restrooms lockers and nurse office
• Maintain boundaries and confidentiality with students families and staff
• Maintain inclusive respectful atmosphere
• Maintain positive relationships with staff
• Perform cafeteria duties as assigned
• Resolve student conflicts and refer incidents
• Supervise outside recess activities
• Supervise students during lunch and recess
• Wash lunchroom tables and perform general cleanup
