Tasks
- Coordinate with account teams to co plan territories
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Design customer engagement strategies
- Design solutions integrating transactional data and lakehouse systems
- Develop customer-facing collateral
- Lead workshops to enable clients
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation point
- Serve as trusted technical advisor
- Translate field insights into roadmap recommendations
- Work with partners to drive customer outcomes
