Software Engineer – Generative AI and Documentation Platform
Tasks
- Build AI chatbot for product documentation
- Build end to end solutions across frontend backend and DevOps
- Build ingestion pipelines for documentation content
- Build retrieval pipelines for grounded relevant responses
- Collaborate with UX and documentation teams
- Design and run evaluation A B tests and telemetry experiments
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered conversational experiences
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services
- Develop and operate MCP server and related tooling
- Implement monitoring observability and reliability practices
- Improve chatbot and content safety and quality
- Improve content creator workflows and publishing performance
- Integrate AI services with documentation portal web applications and backend systems
- Orchestrate prompts with tool use and guardrails
