Lead Data Warehouse Engineer - Artificial Intelligence-Ready Mount Sinai (AIR.MS)
Tasks
- Assess state of data integration
- Collaborate on backups performance tuning statistics index maintenance patching
- Design build test maintain data pipelines for source capture transformation integration
- Design databases and pipelines for functionality performance cost
- Develop and promote data pipeline warehouse standards conventions design patterns
- Develop plan to integrate metadata and data
- Ensure patient privacy and data security compliance
- Lead design sessions code walkthroughs peer reviews technical documentation
- Lead integration of multi modal clinical data into data warehouse
- Lead project planning work breakdown dependency sequencing release management
- Load and manage flat files csv tsv pipe delimited json
- Mentor junior engineers
- Monitor database and pipeline operations troubleshoot remediate failures
- Provide after hours on call support when needed
- Tune database objects stored procedures and pipelines for performance cost
