Tasks

• Complete month end and quarter end closing activities
• Coordinate customer enquiries and delivery follow ups
• Ensure accurate eStore order interface with SAP
• Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Manage customer cases using Service Cloud
• Manage order processing and customer PO handling
• Monitor order entry metrics and billing quality
• Raise invoices and credit notes
• Support order management and invoicing in SAP
• Support regulatory change execution with cross functional teams
