Adobe Journey Optimizer Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze journey and campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Build and manage multi channel customer experiences
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on technical solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot customer profiles identity stitching and segmentation
- Configure journey decisioning branching and wait steps
- Create and optimize customer segments and audiences
- Design configure and deploy customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Develop dynamic content blocks and personalization logic
- Document technical designs data structures and journey logic
- Ensure implementations follow data governance privacy consent and regulatory requirements
- Leverage personalization capabilities for relevant experiences
- Maintain Experience Data Model schemas and identity structures
- Maintain consent frameworks in Adobe Experience Platform
- Monitor data flows and troubleshoot profile qualification and segment population
- Support A B testing and audience optimization
- Support QA troubleshooting and production support
- Support campaign testing quality assurance and deployments
- Support customer data onboarding ingestion validation and activation
- Use SQL for data validation troubleshooting and analysis
