Tasks
- Administer SAP Analytics Cloud tenants licensing and provisioning
- Administer SAP Datasphere tenants
- Administer user access folders and authorisation structures
- Automate administration using APIs and scripting
- Configure SAP Datasphere connectivity
- Coordinate platform releases and patching
- Document lineage and manage version control
- Implement RBAC and audit controls
- Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Maintain data privacy controls and compliance
- Maintain runbooks governance standards and architecture documentation
- Maintain semantic models and views
- Manage SAC content governance and security controls
- Manage SAP Datasphere user roles and quotas
- Manage SSO SAML authentication and identity integrations
- Manage backup and disaster recovery
- Manage data products datasets replication and virtualisation
- Monitor and optimise platform performance
- Monitor system health and data connection refresh schedules
- Provide L2 and L3 support
- Support integrations with SAP BW4HANA and S4HANA
- Support integrations with SAP HANA and BTP
