Computer Scientist, Level 3 (Network Engineer)

Tasks
- Apply microsegmentation concepts with Nutanix Flow
- Capture and analyze network packets
- Configure NAT routing and zone based security
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus switching
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Design deploy and operate virtualized infrastructure
- Document incident findings and corrective actions
- Execute rolling upgrades and hardware refreshes
- Implement network and platform security controls
- Integrate Nutanix AHV networking with VLAN segmentation
- Manage Nutanix AHV clusters and node lifecycle
- Manage firewall security policies with Panorama
- Participate in after hours mission critical support
- Perform storage and I O performance tuning
- Plan capacity and optimize performance
- Provide real time troubleshooting support for field technicians
- Support DMZ and secure application tiers
- Support remote and on site system diagnostics
- Troubleshoot VM to VM and VM to physical connectivity
