Tasks

• Conduct welding trials and first offs
• Design and improve fixtures jigs and work holding solutions
• Develop and maintain robotic welding programs
• Ensure compliance with welding specifications drawings and work instructions
• Improve productivity and reduce cycle times
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform manual MIG and TIG welding
• Perform quality checks and maintain production documentation
• Program new parts and modify welding programs
• Set up and optimize robot welding paths parameters and sequences
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
• Train operators on cobot welding processes and best practices
• Troubleshoot programming welding quality and equipment issues
