Senior AI Engineer
Tasks
- Build data pipelines for ML services
- Calibrate model responses against SME benchmarks
- Collaborate with DevOps on deployment monitoring and rollback plans
- Create unit and integration tests and data quality checks
- Define AI aware definition of done for code data and models
- Design and implement retrieval prompts and version management
- Develop and fine tune LLM RAG estimation logic
- Document model behavior performance and improvement cycles
- Evaluate model performance and apply safety and bias gates
- Integrate Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI APIs
- Lead technical design and delivery for AI estimation agent
