Client Data Analyst
Tasks
- Attend company training sessions
- Configure online delivery system

- Ensure compliance with internal standards
- Follow global compliance and confidentiality processes
- Log daily activities in time tracking system
- Maintain confidentiality of client and internal data
- Maintain delivery efficiency performance reports
- Maintain reporting process elements
- Manage client access and settings
- Participate in feedback sessions and performance reviews
- Perform quality control checks on report deliveries
- Provide solutions to delivery issues
- Report system issues impacting workflow
- Support internal platforms and applications
- Troubleshoot online delivery system
- Verify report content and data publication
