- Analyze financial data for budgeting and planning
- Automate manual processes to reduce administrative burden
- Build dashboards and reporting
- Conduct financial and execution health checks
- Deliver monthly portfolio forecasting and reporting cycle
- Develop automated reporting using Power Query and Excel
- Ensure data integrity and standardization
- Establish and improve repeatable portfolio management processes
- Maintain single source of truth for portfolio data
- Partner with project managers for financial planning tracking and forecasting
- Perform variance analysis
- Support month end close with accruals and journal postings
- Support optimization of PPM tools and financial data integration
- Support project initiation financial setup and cost tracking
