Sr. Data Governance Engineer
Tasks
- Add annotations for data discoverability
- Administer data asset management systems
- Align reporting dashboards and semantic models to shared definitions
- Apply governance standards with data stewards and technical teams
- Build data certification processes for trusted data
- Contribute to data catalog and KPI library
- Define and document key metrics and KPIs
- Document data definitions lineage and ownership
- Ensure AI systems use controlled trusted data
- Facilitate change control reviews for key data pathways
- Improve AI output transparency traceability and trustworthiness
- Manage data owner relationships
- Partner with legal and info sec for PII handling
- Resolve data quality issues across systems
- Scale governance practices through data committees
- Support governance for AI data powered tools
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
