Tasks
- Act as AI architect and define AI tool best practices
- Build and maintain FAIR reproducible data infrastructure
- Build data wrangling pipelines and visualization apps
- Design AI powered tools and workflows for discovery
- Design LIMS schemas and ELN workflows
- Develop agentic AI solutions and LLM integrated tools
- Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models
- Develop structured databases and quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Integrate single cell and spatial transcriptomics data
- Interface with data science R and D IT and external platform teams
- Mentor and train colleagues in computational methods and AI tools
