Tasks
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends risks inefficiencies and opportunities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and reusable datasets
- Clean reconcile and integrate data from ERP MES and other sources
- Conduct root cause analyses for production losses downtime scrap and cycle time
- Create dashboards reports and data visualizations
- Deploy models and monitor model performance and data quality
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators including OEE and first pass yield
- Develop predictive and prescriptive machine learning models
- Document data sources methodologies assumptions and model limitations
- Ensure compliance with data governance security quality and regulatory requirements
- Promote data literacy and analytical best practices
