Tasks
- Assess technical issues and business impact
- Develop knowledge content and runbooks
- Escalate and manage problem escalation and elevation
- Lead complex technical problem management
- Manage technical communication with customers and stakeholders
- Perform fault isolation and problem reproduction
- Provide support for Morpheus virtualization
- Resolve complex breakfix issues
- Troubleshoot PCBE control plane issues
- Troubleshoot and optimize PCBE infrastructure
