Tasks
- Build training data curation labeling and synthetic data pipelines
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate model use cases
- Coordinate transition of experiments into production
- Design distillation experiments for small language models
- Design evaluation frameworks and benchmarking approaches
- Design fine tuning experiments for small language models
- Evaluate model performance for accuracy reasoning and safety
- Integrate models with data pipelines and deployment workflows
