Tasks
- Coordinate and monitor shipment of allocated items
- Coordinate with distribution centers for timely shipment
- Enter and maintain pricing and item specifications
- Establish and maintain system code files
- Initiate order changes or cancellations
- Maintain dating terms and promotional programs on purchase orders
- Maximize order fill rates
- Monitor order activity for advertisement delivery
- Perform stock commitment process
- Process purchase orders from receipt to shipment
- Provide item order and shipment information for planning and forecasting
- Research and resolve order and shipment problems
- Serve as primary contact for accounts
