Tasks
- Collaborate with product managers data scientists analysts and stakeholders
- Drive data quality governance and compliance standards
- Ensure delivery of high quality reliable data products
- Guide design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and platforms
- Improve development workflows and team productivity
- Lead data engineering team through coaching and mentorship
- Monitor data pipelines and respond to incidents
- Resolve complex engineering challenges
- Review architecture and code and provide technical direction
- Translate business needs into engineering plans and prioritize work
