DCEO Chief Engineer, Data Center Engineering Operations

Tasks

• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Coordinate site and equipment training exercises
• Create deploy and manage engineering operations standard practices
• Document project results for future implementation
• Ensure 100 percent availability for MEP systems
• Ensure vendor and staff safety procedures compliance
• Escalate facilities related issues and coordinate resolution
• Maintain data center mechanical electrical and plumbing infrastructure
• Manage large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Oversee operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Perform corrective maintenance and emergency response
• Report facility and data center events per SLA
• Support design and build out of new facilities
• Track milestones and quotes for project costs
• Train and support engineering teams on equipment operations and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
