Support Engineer 2 - Kansas City, MO or Orlando, FL (US Citizenship Required)
Tasks
- Analyze complex data flows to identify defects unexpected behavior and data inconsistencies
- Communicate with customers via phone and email with timely status updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience
- Document findings resolutions and knowledge base improvements
- Independently investigate issues and collaborate with engineers for complex cases
- Investigate customer reported issues by validating data structure movement and integrity
- Manage customer support ticket queue and meet service level expectations
- Provide post sales technical support for cloud based big data applications and services
- Troubleshoot production issues using logs and system behavior research
