Tasks
- Communicate order status updates
- Coordinate with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Finance to resolve issues
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Improve order fulfillment processes
- Maintain customer master data
- Manage customer orders end to end
- Monitor open orders

- Resolve routine order issues and escalate complex cases
