Tasks

• Build test and deliver enhancements
• Comply with AMS process and procedures
• Coordinate client communications
• Deliver permanent fixes
• Develop work products for client business needs
• Estimate enhancement effort
• Implement and deliver enhancements
• Lead and coach analysts and consultants
• Lead solution design discussions
• Maintain documentation and SOPs
• Monitor fixes and verify resolution
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform problem management and root cause analysis
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Provide level 2 or level 3 AMS support
• Support project delivery of applications
• Troubleshoot production incidents
