- Define SLIs and SLOs for fulfillment services
- Design and implement complex backend features
- Design and implement resilient maintainable architectures
- Develop and operate distributed backend systems
- Drive engineering roadmap with product and engineering managers
- Lead technical design of order fulfillment services
- Mentor engineers and provide technical mentorship
- Remove technical bottlenecks and unblock peers
