- Build LLM evaluation frameworks
- Build internal libraries SDKs and tools
- Conduct technical deep dives to identify user pain points
- Control LLM costs
- Deploy and adapt AI solutions for clients
- Ensure deployments follow security and data privacy standards
- Implement PII masking
- Integrate authentication using OAuth and SAML

- Measure hallucination rates and latency
