Tasks
- Collaborate with people business partners on compensation recommendations
- Conduct ad hoc workforce analytics
- Create compensation structures for international markets
- Design global compensation system
- Develop compensation philosophy
- Develop engagement reporting
- Develop recruiting analytics
- Maintain compensation bands and levels
- Maintain recruiting metrics
- Own people scorecard metrics
- Partner with finance on merit cycles and total comp forecasting
- Source and evaluate compensation benchmark data
- Support operational improvements using recruiting data
