- Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to deliver data solutions
- Consult with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Design develop and maintain Workday reporting solutions
- Document reporting methodologies SQL logic and data definitions
- Ensure compliance with privacy governance security and audit requirements
- Ensure reporting accuracy quality and consistency
- Extract transform and analyze HR data from enterprise sources
- Join and reconcile data across multiple systems
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies
- Write and maintain SQL queries for HR data analysis
