- Architect scalable model pipelines and data workflows
- Collaborate with product engineering and business stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions
- Conduct experimentation A B testing and performance monitoring
- Deploy monitor and optimize AI systems
- Design prompt engineering and prompt evaluation optimization pipelines
- Develop agent orchestration for multi step tool using agents
- Develop retrieval augmented generation RAG architectures
- Establish model validation explainability fairness governance best practices

- Lead code reviews and promote reproducible research
- Lead end to end development of AI models
- Mentor and coach junior and mid level data scientists
