Tasks
- Analyze end to end business processes
- Collaborate cross functionally to deliver sustained improvements
- Collect and analyze process and performance data
- Conduct structured problem solving workshops
- Define and operate measurement framework for continuous improvement
- Develop process documentation standard operating procedures control plans
- Embed continuous improvement culture
- Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects across Operations
- Maintain CI initiative pipeline with value hypotheses
- Simplify standardize and stabilize processes before automation
- Track project progress benefits realization and ROI
- Train coach and mentor Green Belts Yellow Belts and process owners
- Translate Lean Six Sigma into transactional services environments
- Translate operational pain points into scoped improvement initiatives
