Manager, Omni-Channel Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations
Tasks
- Coordinate logistics and freight management
- Create KPI accountability and warehouse reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Launch and manage 3PL fulfillment programs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control
- Maintain warehouse and racking facilities
- Manage labor planning and training programs
- Manage real time order flow processing
- Manage receiving put away picking packing shipping
- Oversee returns scrapping and donation management
- Own same-day order fulfillment execution
- Recruit lead train and mentor fulfillment team
- Troubleshoot order flow and system breakdowns
