Tasks
- Build and lead an engineering team in India
- Collaborate on production issues and system validation
- Contribute to next-generation platform design
- Coordinate priorities roadmaps and delivery across distributed teams
- Define system architecture and product roadmaps
- Develop embedded software for new hardware platforms
- Develop measurement validation and test systems
- Drive defect resolution and enhancements
- Drive knowledge transfer documentation and capability scaling
- Drive platform modernization refactoring and scalability
- Enable production test and characterization tools
- Ensure documentation and lifecycle planning
- Ensure software readiness for production environments
- Expand embedded control system capabilities
- Lead embedded platform ownership transition
- Lead integration across software firmware and hardware
- Mentor engineers in embedded software FPGA firmware and integration
- Migrate legacy systems to modern architectures
- Own released product support
- Own system configuration calibration and platform optimization
- Perform system level debugging across interfaces and control systems
- Plan system performance flexibility and capability expansion
- Resolve cross domain software and hardware issues
