Staff Software Engineer, AI Developer Tooling
Tasks
- Audit internal developer systems and make them API ready for AI agents
- Automate security dependency upgrades minor bug fixes and routine maintenance
- Build harness tooling context systems and feedback loops for repository aware pull requests
- Design and build internal productivity dashboards
- Identify and remove organizational friction using data and observation
- Implement AI assisted issue triage
- Implement automated pre review checks
- Measure pull request quality tailored to codebase
- Optimize CI/CD
- Prioritize exposure of systems programmatically for end to end agent operation
- Recommend solutions to senior leadership and build cross team buy in
- Reduce engineering toil with internal tooling
