Junior Client Data Analyst
Tasks
- Configure modify and troubleshoot online delivery system
- Coordinate with local country teams and internal departments
- Create update and maintain reporting process elements
- Deliver GfK reports to external clients
- Distribute reports using GfK applications
- Ensure compliance with internal standards
- Log daily activities in time tracking system
- Maintain client and internal data confidentiality
- Maintain monthly delivery performance reports
- Manage client access and settings for reporting portals
- Participate in training sessions
- Perform quality control checks on report deliveries
- Provide timely solutions to delivery related issues
- Report system issues that impact workflow
- Support internal platforms and applications
- Verify report content and confirm data publication
