Enrollment Management Associate

Tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to information requests
- Assist with admissions call queue
- Assist with campus visits and enrollment events
- Assist with financial aid office phone calls during peak periods
- Assist with student success office phone calls during peak periods
- Assist with travel planning and logistics
- Calculate student GPAs
- Complete admissions application files
- Complete college fair registrations and travel arrangements
- Consolidate student records
- Download electronic transcripts and forward to departments
- Follow up on purchasing cards and expense reports
- Greet visitors to admissions office
- Manage office equipment and supply inventory and submit work orders
- Perform clerical tasks including mail distribution filing copying printing scanning
- Post digital content to campus displays
- Process non electronic test scores
- Process student transcripts and application documents
- Process vendor payments and related documentation
- Provide customer service to prospective and current students
- Submit marketing requests
- Support executive staff with administrative tasks
