- Create update and maintain IT knowledge base articles
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex issues to IT lead
- Improve support workflows and service delivery
- Maintain IT asset inventory records
- Manage IT requests and incidents through ticketing system
- Manage user accounts and group membership
- Perform device imaging and install standard software
- Prepare configure and deploy end user devices
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Reset passwords and troubleshoot MFA
