- Build Oracle BI Publisher reports and templates
- Build ad hoc reporting and self service analytics interfaces
- Configure agency reporting templates and migrate reporting baselines
- Create org chart visualizations and workforce exploration tools
- Design and develop OTBI analyses and dashboards
- Design data models and semantic layers in OTBI and OAC
- Develop Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards and data visualizations
- Develop compliance reporting solutions
- Ensure Section 508 and WCAG 2 1 AA accessibility compliance
- Implement HCM Extract configurations for bulk data extraction
- Provide technical oversight and mentor team members
- Translate analytics requirements into technical specifications and dashboard wireframes
