• Meet SLA requirements
• Monitor shipment delays and damages
• Process EDI orders

• Resolve shipping issues with carriers
• Review EDI order accuracy
• Schedule shipments
• Send fulfillment instructions and labels
• Track drop ship orders
• Track orders and shipments
